Main characters:
Willow, Twist, Peg, Oswin (my favourite)

What happens:
Willow and her family find out that magic people are now allowed to start coming to non-magical schools, her family send willow to one straight away. She meets friends named Twist and Peg, and they realise the reason that magical people are allowed to come to regular schools is because Silas (the antagonist) is planning to strip them of magic

Favourite part:
My favourite part was when Willow, Twist and Peg go to Twist’s aunt’s house because I liked the description of the house and how Twist’s Aunts were very warm and welcoming to willow (not really to Peg, because he is non-magic)

Authors style:
I liked the authors style because she used interesting words like uncharacteristically and other long ones and used unusual phrases and described the book in a whole new way.

Lesson or message?:
I think the lesson of this book is that before you go ahead to act brave and make sacrifices, you should try to find an alternative.

Would You Recommend It?:
Yes, you should read this book, but warning, only if you are in for some intense fighting, hard puzzles and immense magic, then dive into the amazement of this story.

My Review:
This book is a one of a kind story about magic, dark plans, and many more interesting twists. The main characters of this book are Willow, Twist (who is an elf), Peg and Oswin (a grumpy kobold, who’s my favourite character for sure.)

I really loved this book and I enjoyed every minute of reading it.

The adventure of this book was very different, as it was about 3 kids who are traveling to resolve a lost kingdom. Is it possible, well yes, if you read this book, then adventure would have a whole new meaning to it!

My favourite part of this wonderful story was when the main characters of this book go to Twist’s aunt’s house. They visit elf city and wow, it was like a whole world made out of crystal and marble.

I think that this book could be added to one of my favourites.

The parts I didn’t like come in the way though. First, the excitement of Oswin Is lost, not going to be found by Willow’s magic either. Willow, Twist and Peg go to a place where people who navigate and track the stars stay, there they find Oswin’s cousin. Who is a kobold, so for me, I didn’t like that its not only Oswin that’s a kobold.

And Silas and Willow both are trying to get to the Elf staff, the only way to strip magical people of their magic, and Willow gets it. But only for a second.

After the fight, Willow loses her magic because Silas stripped them.

She is powerless now, no more disappearing and appearing magic by Willow anymore.

Anyways, I would still reccommend this book for the other fun parts but I have to say that this book has got it all.
